TERMS & CONDITIONS
A deposit is required for all bookings:
Please note all deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable to another individual.
Payments will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE!!
Full balance is due prior to or by the end of your scheduled appointment
All bridal appointment balances are due 14 days prior to the wedding date: NO EXCEPTIONS!
In the event you must reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be applied to your rescheduled service within 7 days of rescheduling your original appointment.
Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE.
YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF YOUR PAYMENT AND YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
A LATE FEE OF $25 will be charged if the client is 15 minutes late or if scheduled appointment exceeds allotted time due to the client's delay. An additional $1 per minute after the first 15 min delay will be charged. If client is more than 30 min late, the appointment will be cancelled, with respect to other booked appointments.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice via phone or email to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If cancellation is due to makeup artist, a full refund of all monies/deposits paid will be provided to client within 14 business days.
IF CLIENT CANCELS, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, NO EXCEPTIONS! IF CLIENT CANCELS THE APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY, OR IF CLIENT IS A NO SHOW NO CALL, THE FULL PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED
An additional mileage charge is applicable for on location appointments and start at $25. Travel and accommodations outside of Florida will be at the clients expense (travel, flight, hotel, food, parking, etc.)
Please note Makeup Artist has the right to take before and after photos to use for promotional use or her social media pages and website
