Any additional requests to reschedule after initial reschedule require FULL PAYMENT prior for service to be rebooked. **Please note: if you are a returning client please arrive at the exact time of your scheduled appointment to avoid wait times and to prevent overlapping. (Please notify your Makeup Artist/Facial Specialist of any changes to your health or at home care, that may inhibit or prevent treatment, prior to arrival) i.e., if you are undergoing medical treatment under a physician’s care, showing cold/flu-like symptoms (coughing, sneezing, runny nose, fever) recent surgeries, pregnancy or started using Over the counter meds. *Late fee of 10% of total service fee will be charged for late arrival past 10 minutes for original appointment time. *50% of total service fee will be charged for no shows.
